Platforms in 2024 have seen quite a number of shifts. First, since the advent of social media no platform has been so popular like TikTok and owned by a foreign company. In addition, it is the first time that an app of this scale and size is scheduled to be either sold or face a full ban in the U.S., which is unprecedented.
